In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, we inform you that EasyGoing Vallarta with Business Address at AV. Francisco Medina Ascencio S / N Local F-4 Marina Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco C.P. 48335., is responsible for collecting your personal data and the use, security and confidentiality that are given to them.

I – Purpose of requesting your Personal Data

The purposes for which we collect and use your personal data are as follows:

VI – How to exercise your ARCO rights

The procedures that have been implemented to exercise these rights are through the submission of an application that must contain at least the following information:

Full name and address of the holder of the Personal Data, or other means to communicate the response to his/her request.

Paperwork proving the identity or legal representation of the holder of the Personal Data.

Clear and accurate description of the Personal Data regarding which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.

Any other element or paperwork that facilitates the location of Personal Data.

Indicate the modifications to be made and / or the limitations to the use of Personal Data, in accordance with the provisions of section 6.2. about this Privacy Notice.

Provide documentation to support his/her request.

We undertake to notify the holder of the Personal Data of the determination adopted, within a period not exceeding 20 business days from the date the request was received. This period may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.

Based on the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law, we will inform the holder of the Personal Data the meaning and motivation of the resolution, by the same means by which the request was made, and will accompany the resolution of the relevant evidence, if applicable.

When the request is appropriate, it will be effective within 15 business days following the communication of the resolution adopted.

The holder may submit to the Federal Institute of Access to Information (IFAI) a request for data protection for the response received or lack of response from us. This request must be submitted by the owner within 15 business days following the date on which the response is communicated to us by the owner, and will be subject to the provisions of the Law.

In the case of requests for access to Personal Data, it will be necessary for the applicant or his/her legal representative to prove his/her identity in advance.

The obligation of access to information will be considered fulfilled when we make the Personal Data available to the holder or by issuing simple copies or electronic documents.

In the event that a person requests access to his/her Personal Data assuming that he/she is responsible and it turns out that it is not, it will be sufficient that we indicate this to the holder by any means, (of those established in this section), to take the application as granted.

We may deny total or partial access to Personal Data or to the rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing thereof, in the following cases:

When the applicant is not the holder or the legal representative is not accredited for it.

When the Personal Data of the applicant is not found in our Database.

When the rights of a third party are injured.

When there is legal impediment or resolution of an authority.

When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made, so that the request lacks matter.

VII – Data Transfer

In the event that we transfer your Personal Data to any of our suppliers in order to carry out the Purposes of the treatment established in this Privacy Notice, it will be made prior to the conclusion of confidentiality agreements, provided that the client or person to whom they are transmitted, agree to submit the processing of Personal Data to this Privacy Notice.

The information you provide within social networks in which EasyGoing Vallarta participates as a user, does not constitute or form part of the Personal Data subject to the protection of this Privacy Notice, being the responsibility of the company providing that platform and who publishes it.

IX – Use of Cookies

EasyGoing Vallarta by its own account or that of a third party hired for the provision of measurement services, may use cookies when a user browses the website. Cookies are files sent to the browser through a web server in order to record the user’s activities during their browsing time.
